Job title: Administration Assistant

Job description: REAL-R is looking for an Administration Assistant for a Calgary based accounting firm.

The successful candidate will have a passion for document management and a desire to own the outcomes of their work.

Qualifications:

– Must have 2 to 3 years experience in administration

– Strong document management skills

– Strong computer skills and a continuous desire to learn more

– Commitment to customer service and a comfort with the phone

– Organizational skills

– Time management

– Accounting software knowledge an asset

– Experience with a professional service firm an asset

Responsibilities:

– Management of all incoming documents

– Answering phone and emails

– Greeting clients

– Scheduling meetings

– Entering client information into database with corresponding documentation

– Office maintenance, including keeping things tidy and ordering supplies as necessary

This is an in office opportunity. As a greeter for the firm, there is no option to work virtually.
