Job description: About the Position:

As a Business Systems Analyst in the Identity Access Management (IAM) Program, you will work with the IAM Application Onboarding Team to integrate RBC applications onto IAM solutions (CyberArk, Azure AD, Sailpoint IIQ, GDS, etc). This includes onboarding Applications in accordance with the IAM onboarding strategy and IAM goals. You will identify business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and meet sponsor/stakeholder needs. This role will require you to work with a wide range of technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions.

What will you do?

  • Work with business partners and application teams across RBC enterprise to explain the onboarding process and document requirements
  • Work with business partners and application teams to ensure successful end-to-end onboarding
  • Provide Consultative services to ensure requirements are in compliance with RBC Standards
  • Identify and Report security risks in accordance to our RBC Standards
  • Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as needed, this may include:
  • Test case scenarios creation and assisting with test case writing
  • Assisting with DEV, SAI (UAT) and PIV testing
  • Provide support with tasks and ad-hoc requests as required
  • Review, analyze, and define onboarding requirements as reflected in the requirement document that application teams provide and contribute to the technical development specifications by ensuring that requirements for onboarding have been met
  • Suggest/document solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 2-4 years IAM experience preferably as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management in small to medium projects.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Privileged Access Management/CyberArk
  • Self-motivated, independent, possess excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong ability to listen to stakeholder needs and convey technical details in a simplified manner
  • Experience working on multiple assignments and tasks concurrently, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling stressful situations with emotional intelligence

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with one or more of IAM capabilities & tools (e.g. Sailpoint, Azure AD Authentication etc.)
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Professional certification(s) related to information security or information risk management such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP

Education:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or Management Information Systems
