AT MAMA YOLANDA’S GORMET LASAGNA OUR PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Effectively lead by example and work as a team of champions to achieve results.
- Assist in all aspects of lasagna production, which includes following a specific recipe for the making of a patented sauce recipe (vegetable prep, spice prep, and grinding of meat products), the making of pasta sheets, and ultimately the assembly of lasagnas.
- Ability to maintain clean and sanitized work area.
- Work in a safe and conscientious manner.
PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment
- 2 years food prep experience an asset
- Experience in a HACCP approved food manufacturing facility an asset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions of Supervisory staff
- Some positions require heavy lifting and repetitive movements
- Self-starter requiring limited supervision
