JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the JFJV Project FPD Lead, the successful candidate will provide Administrative / IT support to FPD Lead and FPD Coordinator Group at Kitimat site as deemed required by FPD Lead. Coordinate Flawless Project Delivery Administrative / IT activities at Kitimat site by:
– Administration of the database using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Visual Studio.
– Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it.
Serve as first point of call for providing technical support as well as specialist technical input.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE SPECIFIC TO ROLE:
– Preparation of FPD Reports, MOMs, Database performance monitoring and Data entry activities
– Collect business requirements for FPD systems from FPD users including FPD admin, Q-Captains and Q-Clients
– Maintain administrative management system and tracking of FPD status at Kitimat
– Captures, consolidates and records potential flaws in develops risk register database and ensures maintenance of database with respect to status for Kitimat
– Organize and manage the FPD Administrative / IT requirements to support FPD implementation at Kitimat
– Identifying and escalating immediately any risks to the database service.
– Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it.

Basic Job Requirements
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
– Have a passion and work experience in FPD administrative and IT methodologies.
– Have recent FPD experience.
– Able to effectively communicate technical data to non-technical colleagues.
– Have a combination of Administration and IT experience in the oil/gas/chemicals sector of at least 10 years
– Ability to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions.
– Ability to multitask & prioritize under ever changing & challenging workloads.
– Have a good understanding of all FPD Administrative and IT requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, so as to build a rapport with others from a broad spectrum of cultural and organizational background
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Advanced computer competency including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Visual Studio, and other applicable systems required for Project is considered an asset
Other Job Requirements
LNGC Rotational Schedule:
This position is open to local candidates on a 5X2 schedule or on a 14X7 rotational basis with charter hubs out of Calgary, Edmonton, Kelowna, Vancouver.
