We are seeking a Human Resources Leader/Manager who thrives on improving the human resources programs by demonstrating a hands on approach. There are lots of areas to create and implement best practice programs to support the company as a competitive telecommunications provider.
We are Execulink Telecom, located in, Woodstock, Ontario; a very comfortable 30-minute commute from any direction. Our Mission is to connect customers with everything that matters with the affordable and awesome experience they deserve.
Your mission is to manage the full HR and Safety cycle and act as a crucial link between the Execulink Telecom leadership team and the team members Human Resources and Health & Safety needs. The HR team (comprised of 3 direct reports) will be looking to you to not only empower them but also to roll up your sleeves and work in conjunction with them to analyze the existing programs and to create and implement improvements.
We are looking for that person who has experience working in a smaller, privately held company who understands the entrepreneurial spirit. Someone who not only enjoys supporting their direct reports but also loves to achieve their team’s goals and growth through a hands-on leadership style. A person who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and loves to see/share successful results through the in the trenches perspective.
Your Competencies Will Include:
- 3 to 5 years of HR Management with a CHRL or CHRP designation.
- Prior hands on approach to managing the human resources and safety needs of the company
- Knowledgeable in both Federal and Provincial employment legislation and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Demonstrated strategy development, critical and strategic thinking abilities with highly honed problems solving and analytical skills.
- People person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
