As an Infrastructure and Systems Administration Advisor, SharePoint and Middleware, you will act as an IT expert and contribute by providing assistance and support to projects, clients and partners in IT systems related to IT applications, such as installation, configuration, communication of best practices, problem resolution, management of service requests and management of IT or technology incidents. You will also participate in the sustainability of the technology park, including server administration.

Your role will be to analyze and participate in the diagnosis of problems or situations related to the domain. You will provide advice in accordance with the rules of the field. In an advisory mode, you will participate in the development of recommendations and appropriate implementation plans. You will develop tools and automation, work methods and processes, and contribute to the development of skills related to the field. The nature of the cases and projects requires a comprehensive knowledge of technology infrastructure and middleware.

You will provide professional support in technology infrastructure and middleware expertise to your unit, dedicated customers, and partners.

  • Evolve within the IT Infrastructure squads that form the core of the company’s Windows middleware practice to meet the group’s stability, innovation and productivity objectives;
  • Participate in the evolution of the domain;
  • Act as an advisor and expert in IT infrastructure for the different clients and partners in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Take charge of and resolve problems and incidents;
  • Collaborate with peers during production releases;
  • Create, maintain, and upgrade documentation;
  • Propose security practices and participate in their implementation;
  • Design and participate in solutions that embody the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) philosophy;
  • Design and adapt automation systems with a focus on continuous delivery;
  • Participate in the proposal and development of innovative solutions.

Does this sound like you?

  • Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013-2019 and Windows Server 2016-2019;
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • the Central Administration console;
  • PowerShell, specifically with SharePoint;
  • SharePoint Services;
  • IIS.
  • Experience creating multi-server farms, web applications and site collections;
  • Experience in troubleshooting with ULS logs;
  • Knowledge of:
  • Middleware: IIS, .NET Core, CRM, SSRS, etc.;
  • Middleware such as IBM MQ, Java Runtime, Apache, JBoss, etc.;
  • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 (SharePoint);
  • CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Git;
  • Microsoft security;
  • Powershell/DSC.
  • Leadership;
  • Open-minded to new methods;
  • Team player;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
  • French: 4/4
  • English : 3/4
