About the role

As a Security Architect, you will play a key role within the technology architecture team at Intact and report directly to the Manager of the team. Your main responsibilities will be as follow:

• Define the technological vision (roadmap) and guide in the design of new solutions or the evolution of existing Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance solutions
• Design and implement IAM/PAM/Identity Governance solutions at large enterprise scale.
• Propose coherent and efficient technology solutions while ensuring their scalability, modularity and integration
• Define Identity Standards and patterns for other architects to adhere to
• Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current backend solutions make recommendations that meet the ambitions and expectations of the organization infrastructure and security patterns.
• Lead the implementation of strategies and technology architecture-driven changes with all required IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven Security architecture /project delivery experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT Security
• Understanding of IAM/PAM/Identity Governance Patterns and deployments in both on premise and cloud scenarios
• Knowledge of Authentication technologies, Risk management, and attack pathologies
• Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication and authorization concepts.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, CyperArk, Beyond Trust, Sailpoint, Okta
• Good understanding of Public Cloud Computing solutions; IaaS, PaaS and SaaS; applying security in the cloud.
• Senior level communication skills; English (French Bi-lingual Nice-to-have)
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Good understanding of TOGAF/ArchiMate/SABSA Architecture Principles.
• Ability to lead teams of diverse experts and participate in multidiscipline projects.
• Ability to think strategically about business, product and service requirements.
• Ability to take tactical decisions, as required to support immediate operation challenges.
• Good understanding of NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS requirements and HIPPA security rules and guiding principles.

Nice-to-have:

• Security Certificates

o Certified Information systems Security Professional (CISSP)
o Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
o Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

• Any industry cloud certifications and/or experience with vendors such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
