Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the successful candidate will support Liebherr Canada computer and network systems, both hardware and software components. The newest member of the team will be vital to administering servers and be an expert in all things SCCM, including building SCCM applications.

Responsibilities
- Participates in the day-to-day operational support and service delivery of the IT Infrastructure by monitoring and responding to incidents and changes through the internal ticketing system.
- Perform administration on user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage assignment in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the management and deployment of Servers, Printers, Networking equipment, workstation imaging and automation, Backup systems.
- Maintaining inventory of installed software, hardware, and components on the IT Asset Management system
- Serve as a liaison between staff and the IT department to resolve issues and ensure proper documenting resolution and closing of Tickets
- Promote and champion best practices, security policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Competencies
- Computer Science or an equivalent education program strongly preferred
- 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Previously SCCM) administration: Creation of Applications, Operating System Deployment, Driver Management, PowerShell scripting, Reporting is required
- 5 years working technical knowledge of network, Windows operating systems, Windows Server Operating Systems, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Group Policy Management, Backup software, ITSM/Helpdesk Applications.
- Strong technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported
- ITIL, MCP, CCNA Certification(s) considered an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace and ever-changing work environment
- Excellent levels of problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment
