Job description: Location: Central Alberta Our client is a highly regarded full-service multi-branch John Deere dealership with over 15 stores / branches in Western Canada.  They are known for their outstanding customer service.  To increase their ability to provide great customer service in central Alberta they are building a centralized John Deere Super-Center in Penhold.  This world class facility is slated to open early in 2022.  It will house 16 service bays in addition to being a hub for remote mobile service and parts delivery. We require a Branch Manager to run this flag ship operation. As Branch Manager of the new facility, you will be responsible for 1) the transition into the new location, 2) the development of the remote delivery model for parts and service, and 3) providing ongoing leadership / management of your store. To be considered for this position you must have a basic understanding of the farm equipment business and experience selling to farmers. As the Penhold Branch Manager you will have four direct reports and up to forty indirect reports. Therefore, you absolutely must have a proven track record of staff management and experience in a true leadership role.  We are looking for a manager who is collaborative by nature and puts an emphasis on customer service.  Business management experience including some P & L responsibility is essential. LOCATION: The new Branch Manager may live anywhere in the sales region that runs from Red Deer to Didsbury.
