Job title: Revenue Management Practice and Change Analyst

Job description: Reporting to the Head of RM Practice and Change Management, the Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for driving change, optimizing and ensuring best working practices in revenue management. He/she will play a central role in the development of the revenue management teams’ skills.

Responsibilities

RM Expertise

  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional RM knowledge and quickly acquire new knowledge;
  • Keep up to date with current developments and trends in airline Revenue management;
  • Make sure we have the rights tools and processes in place to adopt to the evolving RM environment;
  • Provide Daily support to the RM community;
  • Develop and maintain expertise on RM tools and processes.

Change Management

  • Work as liaise between RM business teams and other departments (NP, BI,RMS,RMP) to represent RM’s best interest;
  • Apply an effective change management process and tools to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative;
  • Assess the change impact through conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders;
  • Conduct post implementation review to assess the performance of new project.

Training

  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of effective training programs;
  • Design and deliver an effective onboarding plan and training to make sure the new RM analysts are equipped with tools and knowledge to perform best in their respective roles.

Communication

  • Lead and motivate idea generation activities within RM community;
  • Work closely with RM to implement recommended business practices and update the practices as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, Economics or equivalent (mathematics, project management, operational research, etc.);
  • 3-5 years work experience in a fast paced environment of change;
  • Experience with large-scale data, cross-functional business and IT transformations;
  • Advanced mastery of MS Office Skill (esp. Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint) and decision support tools (BI tools);
  • Skill in data analysis methods and reporting techniques;
  • Able to work through ambiguity, think outside of the box and thrive on new challenges;
  • Creative, innovative, curious and endowed with a force of proposal and a spirit of initiative;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French;
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, collaboration and active listening skills;
  • Experience in business transformation and people change management is an asset;
  • ROI approach and results oriented;
  • Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccination Required.
