Job description: Who we are looking for

The primary purpose of the SaaS Identity and Access Management Engineer position is to implement and operate SaaS Identity and Access Management controls and processes used to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of confidential customer and company data in the CRD SaaS environments across Azure and Rackspace, including Active Directory and Azure Active directories configuration, role-based access control (RBAC) design and implementation, user lifecycle management, and hybrid identity strategies implementation. This position works closely with internal Information Security, Risk Management and other SaaS teams to support audit and compliance related efforts.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. What you will be responsible for

As SaaS Identity and Access Management Engineer you will

  • Serve as a key technical resource for SaaS Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives
  • Develop and operate access provisioning and identity governance processes
  • Develop RBAC access templates and matrices, acting as a subject matter expert for Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Contribute to organizational audit and compliance efforts by leading access and re-certifications reviews.

What we value

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, Financial Engineering, Science, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate certification or similar experience desired.
  • 5+ years of overall technical experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in development, customization, configuration, and deployment of IAM processes and controls including hands-on experience with products and technologies such as Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration tools and technologies, and platforms.
  • Experience with User Lifecycle Management tools, technologies, and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for systems and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI is essential.
  • Extensive experience with Azure Log Analytics and Kusto query language (KQL).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and Azure RBAC.
  • Familiarity with best practices regarding third-party access management.
