Experienced leader and strategic thinker needed to direct loan administration teams in Edmonton, Alta., and Moncton, N.S. You’ll recommend and oversee loan security and loan documentation functions, evaluate strategies, systems and risk mitigation controls and approve new processes and initiatives. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

• Optimize processes and decision-making related to strategic initiatives
• Implement strategies that support the management of collateral and validation of loan documentation
• Ensure systems that manage risk in collateral are accurate and up to date
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners
• Mentor the team in development planning, workload management, and setting and achieving performance objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or commerce and at least 11 years of leadership experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Solid understanding of loan administration processes, systems and products
