Job description: Sessional Lecturer, Educational Administration

In the appointment of Student Editorial Assistant/Copyeditor for the Canadian Journal of Educational Administration and Policy (CJEAP), your general duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Editing of manuscripts as part of the copyediting process
  • Communicating with authors about the copyediting process
  • Communicating with the editorial team with respect to copyediting process and schedule
  • Assist in preparation of gallery proofs when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

You will report to Dr. Paul Newton.

Duration of Employment: October 15, 2022 – June 30, 2023.

Hours of Work: This is a casual appointment and there are no regular hours of work; it will be up to 200 hours over the course of employment. You will have the ability to perform work based on your own schedule, in consultation with your supervisor.

Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)
Must be registered in a graduate program.

Must be familiar with the APA (7th Ed) publication style
