Reporting to the Director, Operations & Corporate Planning, the Specialist, Administration is responsible for supporting the success of the organization through a provision of administrative support to the SREDA team. Through a flexible, organized, solution oriented approach, the Specialist, Administration is key to supporting the execution of SREDAs projects and priorities and is responsible for the following:

-Provide administrative support to SREDAs Directors
-Provide cross-pillar administrative support on a variety of programs and events
-Provide general administration duties such as answering the telephone, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries
-Manage calendars and travel
-Create/edit letters, presentations, and correspondence
-Organize and attend meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes
-Oversee the functions of the CRM (HubSpot) and manage the corporate membership database
-Assist with stakeholder communications
-Identify and execute process improvements across the organization; maintain SOPs for responsibility areas
-Maintain an inventory of office supplies and IT devices
-Manage SREDAs electronic and paper filing systems
