Job Level NV-04
As a Product Administration Support Agent, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts.
You perform administrative and follow-up tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed directives in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.
You help process information and solve simple, everyday issues, tailoring your approach as needed. You respond to administrative and operational questions.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
Help analyze and produce reports and statistics
Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding
Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
Conduct research to obtain additional information related to your unit’s activities.
Other working conditions
Schedule: Standard hours are between 8:30 and 16:30
Workplace: The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework with 2 mandatory days per month and other days possible to ensure operational needs
Temporary work: scheduled to end on November 03, 2023
Other relevant information : Replacement for maternity leave
In the event that the temporary position becomes regular, the successful candidate will then have the opportunity to obtain the position on a permanent basis

Qualifications
Trade school diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
Specific knowledge
Basic speaker, elementary knowledge of English
