Job title: TECHNICIEN EN ADMINISTRATION ET FINANCE / PAIE

Job description: The main and usual role of the employee in this job title is to collaborate in the development and implementation of the institution’s administrative and financial policies. He/she also carries out projects and ensures the smooth running of the administrative and financial operations entrusted to him/her. He or she is required to make decisions in his or her field of competence in accordance with the policies in effect.
As needed, he/she performs any other related tasks.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the HR/Payroll Manager in harmony with the 2 collective agreements in force:
-Follow up on activities related to the preparation, verification and distribution of payroll. -Ensure the accounting operations leading to the issuance of the payroll for all personnel.

Qualifications
NORMAL REQUIREMENTS
Education: College diploma in administration, with appropriate option
Experience: Minimum of three years of payroll experience

OTHER
Proficiency in data processing software at the intermediate level
Fluency in French (spoken and written)
Mastery of computerized payroll systems and payroll processes (e.g. Coba HR/Payroll)
Autonomy and thoroughness
Ability to work with tight deadlines
